Founded in June 2012, My Artisano started operations in January 2013 as the the first Urban Creamery in Cincinnati Ohio.
Founder Eduardo Rodriguez tradition as dairy farmer and cheesemaker allows us to craft quality artisan cheeses that people love. Our cheesemaking passion comes from exploring different cheeses and traditions across the globe.
At My Artisano we believe that the start for a healthy body and mind comes from eating natural healthy foods. And we promote this by:
- Sourcing the freshest local milk from grass-fed happy cows and goats
- Following natural cheese making and aging process, so the taste comes from the milk, cultures, and natural rinds.
- Using probiotic cultures
