Cooper Creek Washed Rind
Cooper Creek is raw milk washed rind cheese. This cheese is inspired by Italian Piedmont style cheeses and aged for a minimum of 60 days. It has an attractive natural rind, strong aroma, soft paste, grassy notes with a subtle fruit tang. This cheese is made in collaboration with Jacobs & Brichford in Connersville, IN. It is named after Cooper Creek in Blue Ash OH.
