Semi-hard cheese with tangy, buttery, nutty and earthy notes. It has a natural white mold rind. In the style of Italian Toma cheese.

On a cheese board paired with dried fruits, nuts, pickled veggies, or cured meats. Shredded on baked butternut squash, or French onion soup. Or any other gratin recipes.

Aged at least 30 days
